Why is the (Seemingly) Random Bar Joke Generator Seemingly Random?
JavaScript does not have a Random function yet, so JavaScripters have to create their own. The effort to create a randomizer that is more accurately random is better used elsewhere. One can also get into technical questions as to whether a computer, a machine, is capable of coming up with a random number. One can also debate philosphically if humans are able of coming up with truly random numbers. Such debating is best done over a few beers away from the bored ears of non-computer geeks.
