Why is the smoking ban such a big issue?
I can understand why you feel angry, I’m an ex smoker myself but today is the day i lost my dad, its 6 yrs today, he was a heavy smoker he got throat cancer at the age of 48 he had a big operation etc, he could not talk for months he had to learn to talk again anyway he lived for another 10 yrs and he started smoking again and he got cancer come back twice and it got to the stage where the cancer spread so bad there was no more they could do,and we had to tell him he was going to die,which was not nice, my dad went into a bit of depression i think he really did regret smoking, and it really has put me off for life, when you see it first hand it does make you feel different about it, dont get me wrong its up to you if you choose to smoke but i can understand why they are doing it.
