According to Wikipedia, nearly 80% of the world’s Jews live either in Israel or the United States. In no European country do Jews represent more than 1% of the population. 3) As Craig mentioned, quite a few evangelical Christians in the United States support the restoration of Biblical Israel (from the Mediterranean to the River Jordan) as a pre-condition to the return of the Messiah.
