Why is there only one menu choice and a vegetarian alternative?
As you can appreciate, preparing a 3-course luxury dinner for 700 people or more is no mean feat. We have selected a menu option, which we feel the majority of guests will enjoy, and ensure that the food quality is of a consistently high standard. The exception is obviously for the vegetarian option. We will also take into account other special dietary requirements such as halal, nut allergies etc. You will be given the opportunity to select any special dietary requirements when you book your seats at The Base or online. Please ensure you have your guests’ requirements to hand as well as your own.
