Why is Wayne State University moving to eBilling as the official billing method?
eBills provide more flexible and convenient service to our students, and their parents or guardians. The vast majority of students and parents are comfortable with the Web environment, and this new self-service will provide many benefits that paper billing cannot. Another reason is that many other processes at Wayne State University are paperless or self-service already, including registering for courses, applying for and accepting financial aid, and obtaining student account refunds through direct deposit. eBills helps fulfill WSU’s goal to enhance service and streamline business processes.
