I’m Tammy Martinique, and in my attempts to lose weight after lifting weights, I ended up looking like a large bodybuilder, I made MANY dietary mistakes that left me with over 80 pounds of excess fat and a grotesque 65 inch waist. Anyone who wants weight loss has a goal of finding the perfect way to permanently lose FAT without devoting themselves to complex, dangerous, unrealistic diet and exercise routines. Weight loss is so confusing because everybody is different and respond differently to different diets. you need to eat small, balanced meals to lose weight and slow down and don’t wolf in your food. choosing whole foods and staying away from sugars is best. when choosing snacks, make sure it’s a combination of fat/carbohydrate or protein/carbohydrate. this will keep you fuller, longer. Plus what you eat makes a difference. Cut out sweets, seconds and junk including processed foods and things made from white flour.
