You will have to adjust 2 screws in this case. 1. Is the idling screw which can be turned by the hand itself. 2. The volume control screw of your carburettor will have to checked and adjusted. Also check if the throttle cable is well greased. Sometimes it may happen that the cable movement is obstructed due to friction. With this I think you can easily come out of this hitch.
