Why Nike Trails?

Nike makes several styles of Nike Free shoes. I chose the Nike Free Trail because they were on sale (A big discount is a very alluring thing.) and also because I was drawn to the fact that they were made for navigating uneven surfaces and trails. I have lots of regular running shoes and a few good pairs of trail and hiking boots but these were sort of a hybrid of both. Plus, with balance issues, I figured these shoes might actually help my drunken gait and they did! I feel much more stable when I wear these then when I wear ordinary shoes. They certainly didn’t take away my balance issues but they stabilize me and they keep me sure footed. I also like that they are so grooved on the bottom that slipping is nearly impossible even in wet weather. Another thing I like is the super soft exterior. I find it somewhat amazing that these shoes can be so pliable and soft yet have so much support on the bottom and sides. And that support isn’t intrusive nor uncomfortable. Quite the contrary. Onc
