The main goal of Deejaysystem is to play music/video in live sessions, Because of that, its design has been structured around the use of an external mixer. Functions like equalization or sound effects are secondary objectives, although it’s planned to build extra functionality to Deejaysystem by a plug-in system. Any DJ mixer offers equalization options to use in a live session. Many of them add sound effects too. So the best way to realize Deejaysystems full potential is in combination with a mixer.
