Why not just use vocal FX plugins to tweak vocals?
Every way has its own advantages. Some things are impossible to achieve by processing real voice, some things are impossible with HumBox. There’s no doubt that HumBox is more effective for most tasks, like creating an impressive backing vocal without hiring a vocalist and editing the recording or vocal line or FX. Also, in complete arrangement, HumBox can sound even better than real vocal.
