Why PHP with Atom?
PHP stands for PHP: Hypertext Processor. It might be the only acronym in the English language that, when expanded, still contains the original acronym. The historical significance here is that PHP originally stood for Personal Home Page. PHP is a scripting language that produces dynamic, server-side content. It works harmoniously with HTML, and PHP code is frequently embedded within standard HTML Web pages to facilitate dynamic content. PHP also works extremely well with MySQL, a database management system. Over the years of Web development, these two technologies have evolved together and worked side by side on countless occasions.
