QQ2 Basic will not pick up large debris which is bigger than its dust bin intake opening. If QQ2 Basic doesnt seem to be cleaning as well as it did, your brushes and/or filter may need cleaning . We suggest you remove and cleaning QQ2 Basic brushes whenever you empty the dust bin. Check side brush too.
