Why should racecourses be allowed to water at their own discretion?
Hi Sir Alan…had a quick look at the long range weather forecast for Cheltenham week and it looks as though most of the rain will come this week and not next, so conditions should be almost perfect, they shouldn’t put a spot of water on that course until the weekend at the earliest and only then if really necessary.
