Reason: The computer uses motherboard with SiS chipsets. Because SiS chipsets do not have standard support for USB devices, the KU11XX phones cannot support the motherboards with SiS chipsets very well. Strong voice may be heard. Equipments which have SiS chipsets are GigaByte GA85G667 Motherboard, Acer 351 Notebook, Toshiba 200 Notebook and Sony SR-27K Notebook, etc. Check www.sis.com for further information. However, we have provided the latest version Client Software which might solve this problem, if the strong noise still exists even after you already installed it. Please go to our website to download “SIS Patch”. After installation of the SIS patch and plugging the USB phone into the computer, a green arrow will appear in the right-bottom of Windows.
