Why was Dr. Beverly Hall and 2 board members put on the panel to investigate the testing scandal?
Dr. Hall was not on the panel that investigated the allegations of cheating at 58 APS schools. Only one board member, the board chair, was a member of the Blue Ribbon Commission. She was placed on the commission to keep the Atlanta Board of Education informed about the progress of the investigation.
