Why was Steven Tyler hospitalized?
Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler had to be hospitalized late Wednesday after he fell from stage during a concert in South Dakota. Tyler had to be airlifted to Rapid City Regional Hospital due to minor head and neck injuries, as well as a shoulder injury. But luckily he’s doing just fine! The incident happened after the sound system failed during the song “Love in an Elevator,” said Mike Sanborn, spokesman for the Buffalo Chip Campground, which hosted the outdoor concert. Hoping to entertain the eager crowd while they fixed the technical problem, he got on the stage’s catwalk and started to dance around for the crowd. “He does a lot of dancing on the stage and he does a lot of stuff with his mike stand.
