Why won my Virgin Mobile phone send text messages?
I just got off the phone with VM and I am so pissed off. I am not usually one get get angry but grrrr! One of our phones (wild card) has an issue with the screen that started when this text problem started. We bought it at Target like 6 months ago. This guy tells me to bring it back to Target. I do not have the packaging, Target will not replace it. It is covered under VM warranty isnt it?? He told me I was making an issue out of something that was a NON-issue. So I asked for a supervisor. He said No and hung up on me! I was on hold for 20 mins before I got hold of that Yahoo! OMG I AM MAD! I did not even get to the issue about the texting problems…
