Why won’t some of the video play back in a Mozilla-based browser?
Mozilla-based browsers such as Netscape and Firefox don’t fully support all of the features of the Real and Windows Media formats as standard. Mozilla-based browsers may have difficulty loading some Windows Media content, particularly when it is embedded in a popup window. You will need to use Active-X controls for this content. Information on Active-X for Mozilla can be found at http://www.mozilla.org. The “Program Menus” on some Real Media content may not be interactive on Mozilla-based browsers. Use the transport controls for the player to advance through the presentation.
