Will cod liver capsules help if i have acid reflux problem?
Acid reflux is that burp that you have where the liquid in your stomach comes part of the way back up. Like when you “taste” what you had to eat at the last meal. Everyone has this happen to them normally on occasion. The problem with acid reflux is when it occurs over & over again it begins to damage tissue because that stomach acid doesn’t belong up along the esophagus. What you are talking doesn’t sound like acid reflux because it’s not after eating. You mention that you “may be vomiting due to my nasal congestion” and this can certainly happen if you cough hard enough trying to get that up. The caffeine in coffee & tea may be bothering you stomach when empty so try eating a bit either before or with it. I don’t see how cod liver oil will help any of this tho. You need to see a doctor about it and have them evaluate it.
