No. Before we can help you fix a problem, we request that you connect your system with a hardwired connection AND disable or remove any personal firewall devices. We do not have sufficient resources to provide aid in the use of JHConnect on wireless connections or through firewalls. We recommend contacting the manufacturer of the wireless access point, wireless transmitter, or firewall.
