Will McCain Reject and Renounce Evangelical Preacher John Hagee?
Lest we forget it was McCain who called Jerry Falwell and Pat Robertson ‘Agents of Intolerance’ in 2000….can you say Flip-Flop? It was reported last week that McCainn accepted and embraced the support of rabid Bible thumping end-timer John Hagee. At first the story flew under the radar as the mainstream press yawned. After all, it was just yet another evangelical preacher endorsing yet another Republican. Then progressive radio and the blogosphere began uncovering just what a tool this John Hagee guy is. He is one of those who thinks Hurricane Katrina was God’s Wraith for New Orleans having gay pride parades. He is one of those who want to bomb Iran in order to bring about armageddon. He is working to bring the end of the world, chaos, and the death of billions of people because he thinks it will bring back Jesus.
