Will my SmartGuard Motion Light with Security Camera function during a power outage?
A. The batteries that come included with your product will maintain the record of date/time and will power the audio warning function, but the light and video camera will cease to work until the power comes back on. Once power returns you will not need to reset the time and date and the unit should resume functioning as if the power never went out.
