Yes they will, at least on home tests. I saw AMythbusters on the Discovery channel where they tested that. They used the store bought test for at home for Marijuana and they tested positive after eating a poppy seed bagel. I don’t recall all the specifics might want to check their web site to see if you can find more info. ALSO most tests in the medical industry if they test positive double check with a different, usually better method.
