Will reinstalling windows help increase game speed?
It may help a bit if your computer’s hard drive was severely fragmented, as during the restore the hard drive may be re-formatted. But besides the fact, a “refresh” is always a nice thing to do once in a while to keep things organized and running smoothly, if you don’t mind the hassle. An updated video driver would probably help you more though, not to mention buying new hardware.
