If you want to use other network sim card in your Blackberry Curve 8900 Javelin you can use only GSM network sim card.You cannot use CDMA network in .Verizon is CDMA network,you cannot use with Blackberry Curve 8900 Javelin phone.So use any GSM network pay as you go sim in it.GSM network like AT&T,T-mobile,cingular etc work in it.But if it is a locked phone,it will not accept other GSM network sim card.You need to unlock it.Visit the site Unbblock.com get unlock code at low cost and unlock from service provider lock easily.

No, the Curve 8900 won’t work on Verizon. The Curve 8900 is a GSM phone, and Verizon’s network is CDMA.

Doubt it. Not sure which provider carries this device but Verizon only has the 8330 Curve in its lineup. If it’s a cdma phone (doesn’t use sim card for contacts) then it’s possible but not likely. The 8330 is really inexpensive right now and a great phone if you wanted to switch.
