Will the degree be recognised in Singapore?
All Australian degrees are established by an Act of the Australian Parliament, which gives degrees from different universities the same standing. Unless the course is a Professional degree, there is no requirement for formal recognition by any professional body. Professional degrees include Accountancy, Architecture, Building, Dentistry, Engineering, Law, Medicine and Pharmacy. The Public Service Commission, Singapore accepts only Australian Government-funded Institutions reflected in the Association of Commonwealth Universities Year Book. However, some local government organisations have a preferred list of universities which they accept.
