Will TuneSync work over the cellular data network?
This feature is not offically supported. To get this to work, you will want to setup a dynamic dns (DynDNS, no-ip) to point to your public IP. You will need to open the port to your computer through your router’s firewall. Go to Host Computer and tap the Menu button. Select “Manual Add”. You can now enter your dynamic dns. If you have already selected a library using the discovery service, it will attempt to connect to it first. If it fails that connection, it will then try to use the computer name or IP Address. You can ignore the “Connect to Wi-Fi” failed message on the “Test connection” screen.
