Rad Heat Panels are wet cast and immediately wrapped to seal in moisture for curing. This curing process yields a product with superior strength, however some moisture remains in the panel until it is heated for the first time. It is recommended that the system be pressurized and heat tested to ensure a good fit and no leaks. The rooms being heat tested should be well vented with open windows and doors and be heated at full temp for 48 hours. The panels are fully cured upon arrival at the job site and can withstand normal foot traffic immediately upon installation.
