This procedure actually happens quite often as a part of the spay neuter process. A woman can’t be “fixed” until after a certain age. Believe me. A friend of mine tried and tried. And PETA kills approximately 90% of all animals that they take in. Now stop comparing dogs to humans. That is ridiculous.

Going beyond your comparing women to dogs. I would hope that I had been responsible enough to have gotten my dog fixed. Much like I would hope that the government would be responsible enough to provide proper sex education in school so that there would be less abortions.
