Would it be beneficial to start by taking 3-4 classes a week in order to get started?
Yes, it does give you a head start, but in the long run the results will be just as amazing even if you started with once or twice a week only all the while being willing to give it a bit longer. Whatever suits your individual, personal situation better is advisable, since part of the goal is to learn to enjoy the exercises and to enjoy the new you and the new skill of self improvement and expression you are learning. It is much easier to commit the time and yourself when the class becomes a functional part of your routines.
