ive not lived in saudi but have in dubai which is similar. as far as i know u would have no problem getting yr regular medication but as to w hether insurance covers it or not guess that depends onyr policy. there are many diabetic people there and unless u have a medication that is not used there then u should have no prob it will be availalbe in pharmacies, some things u can buy over the counter easier than in the west but if not then it will be possible to get a local doctor to write u a prescription fairly cheaply i would have thought. as i said my experience is only from dubai but hope this helps a bit.
