Normally they test blood for what they are looking for. You can buy a drugs testing kit from the chemist. It will test for cocaine and cannabis. If your already doubting him, then you probably already know the answer to your question.

It will only show up if the purpose of the test is to look for drugs. If it’s a regular dr visit blood test, they are not looking for it so they wont find it.

Yes I think so,it might show the level of his IQ and also the blood sugar level.If he’s been acting a little odd then it’s also a positive he’s taking drugs.If your really concerned talk to his doctor and ask for a at home drug blood test.Good Luck and Best wishes!
