i’m sorry too give you bad news but no you can not you have got too have his permission first it sucks because you are the parent how is talking care of them but that is how things works you no.just let him know what is going on that way way he what wounder if you left town plus if something happen too yall and you tell him what day your coming home will make him feel better just think if he left town without saying anything to you wail he had the child how would you feel .
