Keycaps can usually be individually replaced. Different keyboards have tricks for removing caps intact without breaking keyswitch below them. Most use a tool with two square wire loops to grab the keycap and pull. Some keycaps also have a release underneath which needs to be depressed to remove the keycap without breaking the keyswitch underneath. Often it is easier to replace entire keyboard assembly, on a laptop, this usually means removing screws from the bottom and separating the top and bottom parts of the case. Not recommended unless you have done it before. Your laptop manufacturer sells replacement parts either keycaps or the entire keyboard assembly. Alternative is to find an inexpensive used laptop similar to yours and gut it for parts. Your laptop manufacturer should have authorized service centers.
