Yes and NO, Nissans are cranky when it comes to fuel types follow your owners manual recommendations while you may with using regular for a while the car will start running rough and the knock sensor on the car may start retarding the timing to compensate for poor fuel, if that happens go back to the recommended fuel by the manufacturer for a month or so and you car will be good as new or at least that’s what happened to me.
