Yes. Otags can access two kinds of databases. Indexed and unindexed. Unindexed databases are used when speed is not of primary concern or you have less than a few hundred records in your database. In this case one uses comma-delimited files as ones database. Otags are available to directly read and write to these kinds of files. Otags such as COPY, APPEND, and LAYOUT are available for you to read, write and layout information.
