Can someone tell me the rule about Metric and imperial systems of measurement?

0

Metric uses units of one, ten, hundred, thousand, etc. Imperial uses more archaic, scienceless guages of measurement, such as how long an Emporer’s foot is, or the size of land a horse can work through with a plough in a day (an acre). In a way, these rather sweet historical measurements of imperial should be cherished. But for the modern world, there’s no denying that metric makes more sense.
