Can white women teach black male students in Chicago?
In today’s politically correct America it is mandatory to begin a debate with an apology, or worse, a statement of what it is you do not mean to say, well before you say it. I refuse to play that white rabbit game; let’s get down to business. Hypothesis: White women cannot teach black boys. Whether I, personally, am a reverse-racist, unrepentant chauvinist, or junior-flip republican is not the point. School reform is the issue here, and the salvation of the male half of an entire species is the point. Let’s stay on point. Logic train: Large urban school systems are broken. Urban schools are predominately minority. Within those systems the black male student fares the worst. Urban school teachers are predominately female and white. Whatever it is that transpires in classrooms from September to June between black male children and white female adults, does not work. Does anyone have an argument to derail this train?
