Hi, if you are feeding your anemone and corals they should be fed with a pipette directly to their mouth. Just floating the food will only allow the fish to access the Cyclop-eeze, Spirulina, and Formula 2. With all corals you need to make sure they have proper water flow, nutrients and are properly placed in the tank. If your anemone is droopy and looks like a melting ice cream cone (it’s all over for him). Anemones are very sensitive to changes in water and ammonia in the water as well; basically they cannot tolerate ammonia at all. Your tank parameters should stay at (Salinity around 1.025, pH around 8.2, Temp around 78 degrees). They need a good water flow (medium) and iodine replacement about twice a month for continued health. They also need a good amount of light as well.

Do you have any LPS corals near the anemone? They could be reaching out and staining the poor guy as well. I would definitely check your water parameters again. Also how often are you doing water changes? You should be changing out 15% of the water bi-monthly to control ammonia and nitrate levels.

I have another article on SPS and LPS corals you should look at as well. It may be able to help you out some.

I’m confused about the “how to” and concerned for my droopy anemone. Thanks for any info you could provide. By the way, my water parameters test out perfect for my 46-gallon bowfront. I have live rock, live sand, a heater which keeps the temp around 80, and a Red Sea Deluxe Skimmer.
