Does anyone know anything about Armored Catfish?
I couldn’t open your link but the Armored Catfish is a group off catfishes that include the Corydoras family ( Bronze, Albino, Emerald, etc.) and many more. They are pretty common and have been named armored because of the scales that run along the side of the body. There is a lot of info on-line and in libraries about this species. They are a beloved fish for keeping the lower reaches of the aquarium clean and free of leftover foods and stuff. Basically they recommend you keep it with a few others and provide hiding places such as driftwood, rocks, plants so they can use. A shoal of 6 or more is an awesome sight in the tank since they’ll move around together almost like they’re dancing.
