Yes. The Statistics section (Boletín Estadístico and Financial Accounts of the Spanish Economy) of the Banco de España website allows time series to be downloaded on CSV files. The files can be downloaded by clicking on the corresponding CSV icon on the right, under the heading for each title in the table of contents.
