“The City of Lake Forest is currently contracting with Age Well Senior Services for our senior transportation program. The transportation program includes door to door service to Lake Forest residents participating in City sponsored senior programs such as the Senior Scene Drop-In Program, Instructional Bowling League, Golf Programs, and Emeritus Classes. To make a reservation for transportation services, please contact Age Well Senior Services at 855-9766. Reservations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. The cost is fifty cents per trip.
