Does the D.R. have detailed street maps online?

I hope I can get some help, I have been looking online for a detailed street map like Map Quest, to show how to get from A to B. Google Maps, MSN Live, don’t show anything. I also checked in this forum from last year, but they are mainely basic maps, without detail. I thought by now there would be something on line with detail like Map Quest in the D.R. Thanks again.
