As a Crown & Anchor Society member, your level in the program depends on the number of cruise vacations you have taken. To receive credit, please contact the Crown & Anchor Society by one of the methods below and have the following information about your previous cruise(s) on hand: ship name(s) and sail date(s). E-mail the Crown & Anchor Society at crownandanchor@rccl.com. Call the Crown & Anchor Society at 800-526-9723 or fax 305-373-4394. If you are outside the U.S. and Canada, call 316-554-5951.
