A. Scheduling a Cisco Unified MeetingPlace conference using Cisco MeetingPlace for Outlook is simple. Create a new appointment, go to the MeetingPlace tab, check the “Make this a MeetingPlace meeting” box and fill in the meeting information. When you hit the Send button, Outlook will connect to the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace server in real-time and schedule Cisco Unified MeetingPlace resources.
