Check suggests that managers, HR, or security representatives are responsible for ensuring the BackCheck process is followed for every new hire. Some clients opt to use internal communications to implement their background screening policy. Every account is also provided with a designated Implementation Coordinator to distribute login information, consent forms, and provide training on the system.
