Microsoft Word 2007 has many tools for creating and customizing a flowchart easily. With Word’s tools, you can choose a type and style of flowchart that fits your needs. And once you’ve chosen a flowchart, you can customize it by changing the color, shape and layout. This version of Word automates these tools. When the flowchart is set up, entering the text is as simple as clicking inside a text box and typing. On the Insert tab, click on “SmartArt” in the Illustrations section.
