A quick Blueberry or Blackberry Cobbler made with fresh berries and cake mix. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream for a great dessert! Rinse and dry blueberries or blackberries in a strainer and set aside. (A can of blueberry pie filling can be substituted when berries are not in season. This may make the dish much sweeter though! Grease a 9 x 12 baking dish and fill with berries. The berries should fill at least half way up the side of the pan. A glass baking dish is preferable. Pour cake mix over the berries and even out with a spoon. be sure to cover all the berries as much as possible. Pour 1 cup melted butter over the cake mix, making sure to coat fairly evenly. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees. The top should be a light brown and crusty. Serve warm with Vanilla ice cream!
