Take each of the eggs and break them into a saucer. Slip the entire egg very carefully into the pan of salted boiling water. Now, it is important that you reduce the heat so that the water does not have a chance to boil over. Cook the egg until the white part of the egg is firm and a white film forms over the egg yolk.
