How Do You Make Smoked Salmon Salad?
Smoked salmon is really delicious and quite healthy for you. Try this recipe for a great salad dish your whole family will love! Ingredients needed for the salad are: 1 bunch spinach 8 oz. smoked salmon 8 oz. shredded Parmesan cheese 1 cup cooked shell pasta or cheese filled tortellini, cooked and chilled Lemon Tarragon Vinaigrette (recipe below) Rinse and clean the spinach. Tear into bite size pieces and place in a salad bowl. Tear the salmon into bite sized pieces and add to the spinach. Add the chilled pasta and top with the shredded Parmesan cheese. To make the Lemon Tarragon Vinaigrette, add the following ingredients to a small bowl. 1/2 c oil 1/4 c tarragon flavored vinegar 1 tsp. garlic mashed and diced 2 tsp. fresh chopped tarragon 1 tsp. Dijon mustard 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice Salt and pepper to taste Whisk all ingredients together and add to salad bowl. Toss the entire salad until evenly distributed and serve!
